I didn't really care for his performance in The Other Boleyn Girl (kind of hard to measure up to the earlier landmark performances of Charles Laughton, Richard Burton and Robert Shaw), but he is nice to look at. I haven't seen anything yet that makes me want to laud his acting ability, but I'll remain open minded on the subject...

Ok, Ok, I know, I know...but I couldn't resist having a little fun with this one. The Other Men thread for Scott Bakula got me thinking and since I'm such an old (and new) sci-fi series buff, I thought (hoped) that it would be nice to have a thread just for this particular class of fella. So, I'll start it off with my cult classic favorite...the original Star Trek and the men thereof.

Okay, Mike Rowe so needs his own thread. I get a kick out of watching him on the Discovery Channel's "Dirty Jobs" - he's so funny, personable, self-effacing, and easy on the eyes. And he has a beautiful voice. He also narrates "Deadliest Catch," "American Chopper," and "American Hot Rod" on the Discovery Channel and the opening sequences for SciFi's "Ghost Hunters." And oh yeah...Shark Week..

omg - i love this guy! i was browsing through channels tonight looking for programs that might be showing rc doing something for the opening of 'bra boys' and saw that quantum leap is going back into re-runs! i'm so happy! i don't know if it will be on every night, every week or just an occasional filler, but i remember looking forward every week to see what mess sam would get into and how he and al would get him out of it.
saddest part is that he never got home again... i keep hoping...

Arana is best known round these parts as Quintus in "Gladiator" and one bad cop in "LAC".
