After a three-hour drive, I'm in the Emerald City (Seattle for those of you not from the Pacific Northwest) to attend a Photoshop workshop tomorrow. The
entire trip is being paid for by the state library but what's even better, I'm posting from my fun little Dell Netbook I bought myself for Father's
Day. Can you believe it, this is the first time I've done anything wireless. Whoda thought? I'm in a cute little boutique hotel in the University
district. Wish me luck I can find my way tomorrow.

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised the other day when I went over and found the place-holders for those movies! And Robin Hood is over there now too?
 Have fun in Seattle, Isis, it's one of my favoritist places in the world. My first time there was for business, but I still ended up doing shots
of beer all night and shots of coffee all morning! (Lots of breweries with "sampler platters" heehee)

gotta love laptops - I was so tempted to buy a "netbook", since my trusty (2002) Dell has started to 'die' - but, I am hankering for more
power and blu-ray capability, so I bought a new Inspirion Studio - 4 GB!!! That's like quadrupple the old one. And it burns everything! I cant wait for
it to show up.
Seattle *sigh* - I've never been to the Pacific Northwest - always have it in mind to visit. I seem to be going north and south these days. Of course, I'm game for a trip west when Russell gets his star. And east if TOFOG should surface in England...............................(of course, I have to renew my passport first) our boy is looking mighty fine in those recent pictures - nothing like the ole Glad 'look' to rejuvinate a fandom
