Russell Crowe took a ride on his bicycle with a male pal yesterday in Beverly Hills, California. It looks like Russell Crowe is trying to keep off all his baby weight! Listen kids, we can learn a good lesson about safety here from this Hollywood Star, he wore his helmet! Good job Russell.
