Hey Gigs, hey Phoenix! The "project" is a go, most definitely, but there were technical issues.(I'm still pulling the splinters from my forehead.) I've called in reinforcements and hopefully, very shortly...I'll have good cool news for everyone. Oops...I meant to post without the banner, dang it....oh well, at the chance of looking like a supreme opportunist, (which was fully unintentional), I'm battling with publishing a website. Needeless to say, after a HUGE snafu this weekend, I have a very healthy respect for you ladies who host your various websites with all your lovely images and articles. Good Lord, talk about COMPLICATED. Anyway, it's really going to happen...just waiting on my web savior to have some time to help clean up the mess I started....stay tuned.

please wish me luck - i'm heading down to connecticut tomorrow
 to attend the eviction hearing on friday against my non-paying tenant. he currently
owes me about $10K. my attorney is hoping to get the a$$hole to sign an agreement to pay what he owes me (plus attorneys' fees and expenses). i hope
we're successful, because my mortgage bank and my condominium association have begun foreclosure proceedings. even if he ends up paying every dime,
he's still destroyed my credit and caused me a great deal of aggro and worry.
