The Westchester Kennel Club has a dog show every September in Tarrytown, about 20 minutes from where I live. Well, this year they've turned it into a 2 day event, with the first day being an agility tournament! I'm very excited to finally be able to see a competition in person! I hope to be able to get some decent pictures to share. For better or worse, here I the pics I managed to get today:

Run 1
Run 2
Starting
On the A-frame
Middle of the course jump
Weaving
another dog starts
A-frame
Jump
Weave
On the walk
Pause table...not nearly as easy as it looks! Many dogs were going so fast they couldn't stop in time and slid right off (penalty
I thought this shot capture, somewhat, the speed some of the dogs move with
There were several papillons there, but this is the only shot of one I got

Perver
i've thought about training smudge in agility, but he's only
had a basic obedience class, so we'd have a lot of work on our paws (and i'm not sure i could do all the running that's required...).
